Order Processing and Fulfillment
To ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity, all supplement orders placed on https://physicianstotalwellness.com are fulfilled and shipped directly from our professional-grade dispensary partner, Fullscript. Physicians Total Wellness does not fulfill supplement orders directly. The information provided below is for your convenience. It reflects the policy of Fullscript as of the date this notice was last updated. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM local time on a business day are typically shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped on the following business day.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $50.00 or more (after any discounts are applied and before taxes). Standard shipping typically takes

Standard Shipping (Orders under $50.00): A flat rate of $8.75 will be applied.

Priority Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer a priority shipping option for a flat rate of $11.95 (or $4.95 for orders over $50.00). Priority shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

Please note that standard shipping to these locations may take 10-13 business days. We highly recommend selecting the Priority Shipping option for more timely delivery.

International Shipping
At this time, Fullscript only ships to addresses within the United States and to U.S. military addresses. We do not offer international shipping including Canada.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number from the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or DHL). You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
While we and our fulfillment partners strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact FullScript support team immediately.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please save the original shipping box and all of its contents for inspection by the carrier.
Special Considerations
Heat-Sensitive Products (e.g., Probiotics): Certain products, such as probiotics and fish oils, are sensitive to heat. These items are formulated by the manufacturer to remain effective even if they experience some temperature fluctuations during transit.

Some heat-sensitive products will be shipped with a cold pack to help maintain a cool temperature. Please note that the cold pack may no longer be frozen upon arrival; this is normal and its purpose is to keep the product cooler than outside conditions during shipping.

For maximum stability, especially during warmer months, we recommend selecting Priority Shipping for any order containing heat-sensitive items.

Backordered Items: If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will hold the entire order and ship it as soon as the backordered item becomes available. This is to ensure your order is complete and to avoid multiple shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
Due to the efficiency of our fulfillment process, orders are processed as soon as they are submitted. Therefore, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
