• Your Social Security Number is required by Quest Diagnostics for blood testing orders. It is retained in the Quest Diagnostics database as a HIPAA-compliant partner. Physicians Total Wellness does not retain your social security number after entry into the Quest database for lab testing. 

• Any information you provide when you contact us with questions or for customer support at hi@physicianstotalwellness.com.

B. When you navigate our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies like cookies to collect certain "Usage Data":

This website is an e-commerce and educational platform and is not intended to collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

• We provide educational content and facilitate the sale of supplements and lab testing services. The information you provide directly to this Site (e.g., for a newsletter) is governed by this Privacy Policy, not HIPAA.

• Any services that involve PHI, such as laboratory testing, client consultations or supplement fulfillment that become part of a medical record, are conducted through our secure, third-party, HIPAA-compliant partners, including Quest Diagnostics, Practice Better and Fullscript. These platforms are responsible for safeguarding your PHI according to their own strict privacy and security standards.
